My stay at Double Tree by Hilton Sao Paulo Itaim was a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. but the experience was marred by some unexpected issues. The staff were friendly and eager to help, yet I found some basic amenities lacking and the hotel's condition needing attention.

I had a mixed experience at the Double Tree By Hilton Sao Paulo Itaim. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist me, which was a highlight. However, there were several issues with the hotel itself, such as the need for renovations and inconsistent amenities, which left me less than satisfied overall.
